When can you enroll?
Annual enrollment
October 15 – December 7, 2026 for the 2027 plan year.
Open enrollment
January 1 – March 31, 2027 for members already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan.
Age-in period
The month of your 65th birthday plus the three months prior and three months after your birth month.
Special enrollment period
Qualifying life events beyond the standard enrollment period.
